Flight Termination System for UAV

This is a Flight Termination System designed by me during my role as a control and power systems engineer at SRMUAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicles student team at SRMIST) , to act as a safety system for an Unmanned Aerial Aircraft that is triggered in case of any unplanned flight manoeuvre ,communication loss or an emergency manual abortion of flight.
The circuit was designed on Eagle CAD and sits as the heart of the UAV. The board also acts as the main power distribution board for all the aircraft flight control actuators.
The board interfaces with a PIXHAWK flight controller board and houses an ARKBIRD receiver, a PPM Encoder module as well as an Arduino Nano that runs the Flight Termination Code.
